Between the new and improved, the curly and straight and the thick and thin, there's not much room left for talking about exactly when to use products. We know "how" but not "when" to use our favorite professional beauty products. We're talking in terms of using on wet, damp or dry hair. 

The "when" is sometimes more crucial in the success of a product on your hair. If the product doesn't work at first, don't doom it to your rejects pile just yet. We're giving you a guide to some hair products for different stages of styling. 

Wet Hair

Brazilian Professionals- Instant Volume Thermal Root Lift
Use the directional nozzle to spray throughout your roots for a humidity-resistant style with instant lift and extreme volume. This product is heat activated, so you’ll need to blow-dry the product into the hair to achieve desired volume.
