About The Educator:
Maxwell Maisano is a hairdresser and educator with nearly 30 years in the professional beauty industry. He began his career as a colorist where a strong technical foundation shaped his disciplined approach to hair color. A co-founder of A+M Beauty Lounge in Tampa, Maxwell continues to work with a diverse clientele while teaching internationally across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. He is proud to be part of the O&M education team — remaining committed to sharing knowledge that supports real salon success.
