The Beginning

Paramount Beauty was started in 1960 by Alan Hagler - selling hairspray from the trunk of his father’s car. He built his business on strong relationships with manufacturers and salons. Today, Paramount remains a family-owned and operated company that continues to thrive on the relationships built by helping both large and small businesses reach their goals.

About Us

Initially covering New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Paramount has expanded across the eastern seaboard to now include fourteen states and around one hundred professional salon brands. With a dedicated team of three hundred spread across the east coast, Paramount is setting the industry standard for service.

Our website offers a full shopping experience, available 24/7, yet we understand the importance of being able to see and hand-pick your items the moment you need them.
