Mix Simply Blonde Transparent Lightener Powder with Simply Blonde Transparent Lightener Activator.
Mix in a ratio of 1:3.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.
For best results, apply product generously.
Process for up to 45 minutes – it is not recommended to process under heat.
