Irina has been in the beauty industry for 31 years and owned her own salon for 11 of them. Growing up in Uzbekistan, hair was always her passion. After arriving in America at 24 years old, Irina always knew she wanted to be part of the beauty industry. Since opening in 2012, Irina continues to train and help women grow within the industry.


Irina believes that a trip to the hair studio is so much more than a stop on your to-do list. She opened up a hair salon of her own because it is a space to relax and escape from everyday life, while you and your hair get pampered. Irina finds joy in making people feel beautiful inside and out within the industry that is such a huge part of her life.

What lines do you carry?

Posh Hair Studio carries Davines and K18 retail lines. The studio also specializes in Davines, Joico and Schwarzkopf color lines.

What are your go-to products?

Irina’s go-to products include Davines mask color, All In One Milk and OI Oil. The All In One Mask is a lightweight leave-in spray treatment that softens, detangles and controls frizz. The best-selling Davines OI collection, enriched with roucou oil, is known for giving extraordinary shine and softness with a long-lasting signature gender-neutral fragrance.

In addition to Davines products, Irina also uses Schwarzkopf’s bleach and K18 Molecular spray and mask. The Molecular spray and mask are an essential part of a non-damaging color and bleaching service.
