With 12 years of experience, Karlene, Elisa, and Jaime have been making a difference in the beauty industry. In this interview, they will share their thoughts on the salon business, their favorite products, and their passion for making their clients happy.


Q: What is your favorite part of the beauty industry?

Karlene: For me, it's the instant gratification. I love making people feel better. There's nothing quite like the feeling of seeing someone's mood instantly lift after a great cut or color.

Elisa: I love the creativity of it all. The beauty industry is always changing, and there's always something new to learn or try.

Jaime: Training the next generation is very inspirational. Education and Other salon owners and especially our summit coach.

Q: What inspired you to open your salon?

Karlene: We were working at a salon where the owners were fighting and going separate ways. We decided to take the leap and start our own salon.

Elisa: It was a scary decision at the time, but we haven't regretted it for a moment. We love our salon and our staff.

Jaime: We're not just business partners, we're also friends, co-workers, and family. Now we're all mothers too, so our priorities have shifted a bit. But we still strive to be better every day and provide the best service possible to our clients.

Q: What are your favorite products to use on clients?

Karlene: We carry Brazilian Blowout and Pravana Color, which are both amazing lines. Personally, I love the Brazilian Blowout shampoo and conditioner, as well as the bonding spray.

Elisa: I can't live without B3 and the smoothing serum. They work wonders on all hair types.

Q: What are your plans for the future of Wild Roots Salon?
