We’ve been thinking a lot about you lately - our customers, our employees, and our greater communities. Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation.
Due to the nature of our business, it is not possible for all of our workforce to work from home. In light of new government guidelines, we are requesting our field sales force not to visit salons minimally for the next 2 weeks. Our support staff as well as Royal Beauty Supply
stores are operating at normal capacity to meet your needs across all of our facilities and delivery operations. All of our team has been instructed to stay home if they exhibit any signs of illness or if they have had direct contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19. If one of our team exhibits any signs of illness while at work, they will be immediately sent home. Additionally, we have implemented common sense safety and sanitation processes in all of our locations.
We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the CDC by implementing increased daily cleaning routines, more frequent handwashing, use of hand sanitizer, and cleaning of touchable surfaces with sanitizing wipes at least once per hour and more in high traffic areas.
At this time, all education has been cancelled and we will keep you informed for future classes.
